Our recruitment process

Straightforward and supportive from start to finish.

    Get in touch

    Tell us about your experience, availability, and the kind of work you are looking for. We will have an informal conversation to see if we are a good fit for each other.

    We’ll be in touch

    We will confirm we have received your details and talk through next steps. We move quickly, because we know good teachers are in demand.

  3. 3

    Interview

    An introductory conversation, a chance for us to hear more about your skills and experience, and for you to ask anything you want to know about how we work.

  4. 4

    Compliance checks

    We will take up references and confirm your enhanced DBS is current and registered on the Update Service. We will also ask for ID and any other documents needed to ensure you are fully cleared to work with young people.

  5. 5

    Induction

    Before you begin, we will walk you through our policies, safeguarding procedures, and ways of working so you feel confident and prepared. Our induction is thorough but human. We want you to feel part of the team from day one.

  6. 6

    Your first match

    Getting the right tutor in front of the right young person is what we do best. Once we have found your match, we will support you through your first sessions and make sure you have everything you need.
