Whether your child has been excluded, is struggling to attend school, or has needs that have not been met elsewhere, we are here to help, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
What you can expect from us
- A clear explanation of how your child’s placement will work, with an information pack before they start
- A simple onboarding process, where you tell us about your child’s health, needs and what helps them feel safe
- A personalised behaviour and support plan, put in place by our Team Teach-trained staff, so your child is supported when they need it most
- Updates on progress and wellbeing every 6 weeks, or whenever you ask
- A named point of contact who knows your child
- Full safeguarding procedures, with a qualified DSL leading the company
- Honest, jargon-free communication
We work closely with you, your child, schools, and local authorities to make sure every placement is set up for success.
